An indaba (pronounced in-dah-bah) is an important conference held by the izinDuna (principal men) of the Zulu peoples of South Africa.
In Scouting, we use the term to describe a gathering of Scouts and Scouters to share and gain new knowledge and skills.
Areas set up and host Indaba Days throughout the council. They are open to everyone to attend and learn new skills.
